FIRST IN ITALY RUSSIAN HOUSE IS OPENED IN VERONA. CULTURE AND ECONOMY FOR STRENGTHENING FRIENDLY RELATIONS AND RECIPROCAL COLLABORATION WITH THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

The first Russian House in Italy, a new center that unifies under a single dwelling Association Conoscere Eurasia, the Honorary Consulate of the Russian Federation, the certificated Russian school Russkiy Mir and the Visa Centre VHS is opened in Verona. The aggregation of services and actions will make Verona a national epicentre for the relationship of our country and the Russian Federation. Among the activities of the Russian House you can find courses of Russian language for adults as well as the Russian school for children; the Italian Russian literary Award Raduga and the most supplied library of Russian books. And not only. Different activities for promotion and development with the aim to find new possibilities of business and to amplify commercial relations among Italy, The Russian federation and the Eurasian Economic Union, which will come into force on 1 January 2015, will take place in the Russian House. Besides that, the services of the Honorary Consulate and the Visa Centre VHS will also be operating in the center of Artigliere street. Antonio Fallico, the Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation and the President of Association Conoscere Eurasia, says: “The Russian house will be a reality that sets off and strengthens the friendship that has always connected our countries. The international situation is instable and imbalanced due to the short-sighted policy that instead of creating a constructive collaboration prefers to undermine the centenarian relations with the Russian Federation, causing damage to both economies”.
